Not convinced by the video games? Well, Console Classix is one of the best choices to play again those old games back from the beginning of the videogame era. Relive all games from Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Sega Game Gear, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Atari 2600, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance and Colecovision.
It is free to use, but in order to get access to the full game library users must pay a full membership of 5 dollars per month or 15 per year. An Internet connection is required because users don't actually get the games themselves, but rather an emulation of the original licensed games.
You can play hundreds of new games, and the integrated browser in Console Classix will allow you to access the list of games, search for the games and configure game controls. Also, automatic updates have been added in this version.
I would recommend a good Internet bandwidth if you don't want to experience slowdowns or even an interruption, because apparently Console Classix can support a large user base, and your playing experience (that is, whether you have occasional game freezes or not) depends on the speed of your connection with the server.
